\nWhat you'll be doing:
\n\nSupporting all aspects of Supply Chain related activity to cost, quality and schedule\nSupporting with contract management activity; placing & managing contracts, measuring supplier and schedule performance\nUndertaking reporting, data analysis and update contracting documents using digital toolsets such as SAP\nFollowing best practice in line with our procurement governance, business requirements and performance objectives\nWorking as part of a team and communicating effectively with colleagues, line management and represent the Supply Chan function when speaking with internal and external stakeholders\n\nYour skills and experiences:
\n\nExcellent communication skills within a similar professional setting\nOrganised working style with ability to balance multiple priorities\nDemonstrate an understanding of Procurement, with direct experience preferable\nIT experience – Microsoft Office applications, Purchase Order/ERP systems\nKnowledge of contracts and how to manage suppliers and cross functional stakeholders\nWillingness to travel when required\n\nBenefits:

\nThe Procurement Team
\nAs a Senior Procurement Practitioner at BAE Systems, you will support the placing and managing of contracts for products.
The equipment is provided by suppliers across the UK & overseas.
\nThis is a Fast paced, commercial procurement environment with a varied range of development opportunities, working as part of a diverse team to deliver part of the UK's National Defence Programme.
\nWe offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
