\nSalary: From £45,628 depending on skills and experience

\nWhat you'll be doing:
\n\nYou will lead and manage a team of Project Engineers in day to day operations\nAssess various product design changes and work with relevant stakeholders to establish optimum embodiment points within production\nManage and support Change Assessments and Progression meetings\nYou will be providing reports to senior stakeholders across the business\nDevelop and optimise the process by which the business plan aligns up to the embodiment of design change\nBe accountable as a member of the Project Management team for supporting the development and implementation of appropriately tailored Project Management practices\nConsolidate expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives\nSupport and promote the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation\n\nYour skills and experiences:
\nEssential:
\n\nYou will need to have good knowledge of Product Configuration Management and Change Planning processes\nHave demonstrated experience in Product Project Management within a Manufacturing and Design environment \nExcellent Stakeholder Management experience and skills with the ability to guide and influence\nPrevious experience in leading or managing a team will be required\n\nDesirable:
\n\nAn understanding of Product Management Toolsets such as Teamcenter and SAP\n\nBenefits:
