Baby Room Leader Required – Little Learners at Greenhall, part of The Creative Learning Partnership Trust 'Nurturing the Champion within' We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active individual with strong organisational skills and a desire to be the best that they can be. The ideal candidate will have a child-centred approach at the heart of all they do; be warm and nurturing; and bring magic, fun, enjoyment, and play to our children's lives. The successful applicant will:
Be an excellent, qualified early years practitioner Have a sound understanding of the EYFS and the needs of children in the early years Be able to plan and implement effectively, resulting in maximum impact for our amazing children Be passionate about meeting the needs of all children, including those with SEND Be committed to working closely with parents and as part of a multidisciplinary team Be able to lead a team of support staff and have the ability to inspire, challenge, and motivate others Training, support, and coaching will be offered to the successful candidate to ensure they are successful in their duties. Full-time, permanent. Grade 6, 37 hours a week. Our opening hours are 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday. We are open for 51 weeks of the year.
Salary: £26,409-£29,093
