Azure Architect – Reading (3 days a week) Salary: £85,000-£90,000 GS Solutions are partnered with growing SAAS business who are looking for a Senior Azure Architect to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will: Develop and implement cloud architectures using Azure services to meet client requirements.
Lead the deployment of Azure solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
Act as the primary technical contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud solutions to ensure they meet performance and availability requirements.
Ensure that all cloud solutions comply with security policies and best practices.
Create detailed documentation of solutions (e.g.
architecture, configuration and set-up) and provide training to clients and internal teams.
Support Business Development and Technical Pre-sales Skills and requirements: 3-5 years' experience as a technical architect, with a solid technical background on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited to Azure VMs, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and Azure Security.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities.
Able to manage client relationships effectively and work collaboratively with internal teams.
Proven experience in designing and implementing Azure-based solutions.
Experience with D365 business applications and/or Power Platform is considered a plus Relevant Azure certifications are highly desirable (e.g.
Azure Solutions Architect Expert) Hands-on person with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
