Our client is seeking a dedicated Autism Practitioner to provide tailored support to individuals on the autism spectrum.
This role will focus on creating person-centered care plans, promoting independence, and fostering social communication within a collaborative environment.
  Key Responsibilities : Provide personalised care and support through tailored intervention plans.
Promote independence and social inclusion through structured activities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, and families.
Deliver training and guidance to staff and families to support understanding of autism.
Qualifications and Experience : Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum (required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications in health, social care, or psychology (preferred).
