We're recruiting an Audit Senior Manager for the London office of a prestigious 12-partner, multi-office firm with a vibrant team of around 100 professionals.

Why this Audit Senior Manager role is the perfect fit for you: Location: South-West London / Zone 2 Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office / 2 days from home Flexible Working Hours Diverse and Rewarding Client Portfolio Clear Path to Rapid Career Progression Supportive, Friendly, and Collaborative Team Culture Due to a series of recent business wins, especially within their audit services line, the firm is looking for an Audit Senior Manager who can help expand a portfolio generating £500k in fee income.
The firm serves a broad range of sectors, including Real Estate, Surveyors, Charities, Law Firms, and the UK subsidiaries of overseas listed groups with turnovers between £50M and £100M.

What will you be doing in this exciting role?
Focused primarily on 80-100% audit work, with a small portion of accounts and tax responsibilities Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing all aspects of engagements from start to finish, including finalisation meetings Leading, mentoring, and reviewing a team of 2-3 staff members, helping them develop and thrive Monitoring client engagement progress to ensure profitability and a commercial return Identifying opportunities to cross-sell the firm's services, and actively contributing to business development alongside the Partners Utilising CCH and Inflo for efficient work management What do you need to be successful in this role?
At least 8 years of general practice experience, with strong expertise in audit, accounts, and taxation ACA or ACCA qualification Exceptional communication and leadership skills This is an incredible opportunity to take ownership of your role and make a real impact within a growing firm.
