Job summary Full Time hours per week - Fixed Term 12 Month Contract Bolton Foundation NHS Trust Audiology department is looking to recruit an Audiologist to join our Audiology Team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic audiologist to join our friendly, dedicated team.
You must be a good communicator, confident working autonomously and as an enthusiastic team-member.
You must have either a BSc in Healthcare Science Audiology or MSc in Audiological Science, with clinical competency.
Postgraduate clinical experience is preferable but not essential - newly qualified graduates or those returning to practice after a career break are welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job To provide diagnostic audiological testing of adults, to be responsible for the safe use and calibration of equipment and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
To provide a comprehensive hearing aid service to adults including determining care plans for individual patients and involving carers and families as appropriate.
To take an active role in areas of clinical audit, research and clinical governance for the Audiology service and contributing to the development of evidence-based protocols.
