Job Title: Associate Value Consultant – Market Access Consultancy Job Description: Are you passionate about understanding and communicating the value of healthcare?
We're seeking an Associate Value Consultant to join a growing team dedicated to improving patients' lives through the development and communication of healthcare value.
This role is ideal for someone with a life sciences or medical degree, extensive experience in market access or health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), and, preferably, a relevant postgraduate qualification.
Responsibilities: Develop and deliver solutions that inform value propositions and communications to optimise pricing, reimbursement, and market access.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables for clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted consultant.
Lead projects, providing strategic insight and mentorship to team members.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the evidence needs of healthcare decision-makers across various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, or a related field (Essential).
Postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject (Desirable).
Proven experience in healthcare value demonstration, market access, or HEOR (Essential).
Strong understanding of health economics, healthcare policy, and literature research techniques (Essential).
Excellent data analysis, written, and verbal communication skills (Essential).
