Your RoleThe successful candidate will manage a number of real estate transactions which may vary from sales purchases to developments and a number of high-profile commercial deals right from the start, working with well- established clients.
You'll also be expected to lead on client work, proactively undertaking business development activities to support Partners in growing the business and delivering excellent client service.About YouWe're looking for an Associate/Senior Associate whose a self starter and has had exposure to working across a number of good quality real estate transactions.
Our ideal candidate will have the following: Qualified lawyer either via traditional SRA route or CILEX;The ability to effectively supervise junior members of the team;An aptitude for business development and a passion for growing strong client and referrer relationships;The ability to manage multimatter transactions whilst maintaining attention to detail and a seamless service for clients;Demonstratable technical experience gained within Commercial Property, specifically, across development transactions.
