About the role:Working in partnership with the client, the Associate Programme Director will be a programme lead for digital transformation initiatives.
The Associate Programme Director will have sight across any programme initiatives serving as a central point of information and communication.
What you will be doing:Understanding global brand level KPI's and strategic goalsManaging key internal and external stakeholdersDevelopment and management of timeline, dependencies and risksRequirement gathering to map operational rolloutEstablishing clear guidelines and best practice for the programsDeveloping and embedding change and transformation initiatives across a global team and within the cultureDriving delivery best practice that leverages the wider OLIVER/IIG networkFostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and process enhancement.Playing a role in successfully piloting, operationalizing and implementing new technology (such as automation and GenAI tools) to deliver quality at paceIdentifying, partnering and leading development and evolving process documentation to better support delivery and business successUnderstanding programme and client KPI's and determining how we can best demonstrate how the programme delivers on themWorking with Multi-Disciplinary leads and Operations teams to build and document qualitative and quantitative learningsWhat you need to be great in this role:8-10 years of experience of managing integrated campaigns in a creative or production agency, with good knowledge of digital and social media3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating success in building successful relationships with mid to senior-level clientsExperience of leading and developing teams across a number of accounts with experience of 3+ direct reportsStrong proven project management skills and experienceExperience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication on projectsComfortable with managing multiple projects at onceHave a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you ownBe unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project riskThis role is right for you if...You are interested in the latest marketing technologies – whether they be automation, AI or what's next – and want to guide programmes to test, implement and manage these as part of our agency workflows.You must be used to being the hub of information and channeler of communications across many internal and external parties and be able to work in an environment that is still being developed without a clear roadmap to follow.
