We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is strong in research and account development to join our Global Client Partner team. This role is about creating and embedding a vision for our account teams to grow the business through account planning and sharing best practice. As a guide, we're looking for either an Associate Director or Director level person to join the Global Growth Team – our team dedicated to the commercial development of our CPG relationships.

About our Opportunity This is an exciting and highly collaborative Client Partner role dedicated to growing our biggest FMCG client relationships. You'll be working closely with account leads within the MMR family to strategically grow global accounts to maximize their commercial potential.
You'll get to know the client account inside out and draw up a smart account plan to push into areas that have the most strategic importance and potential, then work with marketing and other internal teams to execute the right tactics to uncover growth.
While you won't be responsible for delivering research/consultancy directly (the teams are well set-up to deliver on this), it will help if you have strong experience in doing this in a prior role so you're able to eloquently talk about the right approach and why when speaking with clients.
You will also work with the account team to nominate people to lead globally on key areas of knowledge and execution to ensure consistency across the account regardless of which business unit the client works with.
Finally, you would be a bastion of delivery quality, to ensure key stakeholders are happy with levels of consistency, and action any feedback via the account team, agreeing which research lead will drive this forward in conjunction with any relevant experts.
