We are currently looking to take on an Associate Director with proven infrastructure experience to take a lead on major programmes in the Yorkshire region.Job Objectives:With a breadth of knowledge in all facets of Project Controls; the definition and implementation of client bespoke Project Controls Execution Plans across our major programmes, projects, and portfoliosDemonstrated leadership of integrated Project Controls teams, providing guidance, mentoring and supportSubject Matter Expertise in one discipline (Planning, Cost Control, Risk, Change, Data & Analytics)An enthusiasm to take an active part in influencing the direction of our regional business, bringing your authentic self, innovative thinking, and motivation to contribute towards the operational management of the Cost Centre and regional business.Other responsibilities may include but aren't limited to: Transcending project delivery to problem definition, solution development and service growthBusiness Generation through contribution to bids, proposal writing, stakeholder, and resource managementCommission, Client, Line ManagementCoaching, mentoring and inspiring positive changeQualificationsProven experience within the infrastructure sector Relevant APM qualifications and accreditationsProject Controls Systems expertise, such as Primavera, @Risk, Safran, Project Online, Tableu, PowerBI, Excel superusersKnowledge of engineering and construction managementSector Specialism, especially in Rail, Water and the Environment, Defence, NuclearPMO experienceContracts knowledgeExperience of Microsoft Dynamics (D365)Skilled in oral and written communicationAutonomous worker but a team player.Additional InformationTurner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
