Associate Director Evaluation Social Justice And Crime

Job Title: Associate Director - Research & Evaluation We are looking for an Associate Director - Research & Evaluation to join our clients highly successful Policy and Evaluation Unit. The team works with public institutions to assess the effectiveness and impact of policies and programmes and to improve public services. This role will focus on the evaluation of social policies and programmes aimed at tackling complex societal issues relating to crime, security, governance, employment and education.

The role… We are looking to recruit an Associate Director with a strong background in social policy evaluation to help us continue and accelerate our growth in this market. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of social policy areas, but we are particularly interested in candidates with experience and/or interest in the following:

Cooperation Security Criminal justice policy As an Associate Director, you will be primarily responsible for the design, management and delivery of mixed-method evaluation studies. These will typically incorporate both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, based on high quality methods that meet HM Treasury Magenta / Green Book standards.

You will also play an important role in business development, leading on winning proposals and identifying opportunities for further growth and increasing our profile, while supporting the team and wider management of the business.
