About the Role:
This role is to lead the AV implementation, buying and delivery across a number of the UK's most famous brands: PepsiCo, Open University, Bacardi, and Tourism Ireland. You will be responsible for managing the development of your direct reports but are also expected to contribute to the development and growth of the wider AV Activation team.
In this role you will be working closely with our award winning Connections Planning team to deliver best in class AV plans across TV, Video, Cinema, and Audio.
OMD's Activation Team is broken down into AV (Audio Visual) and Display (Print + digital display). For this role as AV Activation Director, you will be an expert in TV & Video, and will also have a good secondary knowledge across the base of AV channels to also include Radio, Cinema, and OOH Video as appropriate.
The Activation team sits as part of the Connected Performance function, so you will work hand in hand with connected planning teams to deliver market leading AV strategies.
About You:
The candidate should have real enthusiasm for AV channels and media in general, be great at developing relationships & leading teams, while managing the AV delivery vs client, audit, and commercial targets.
You will be highly adaptable and organised, with exemplary attention to detail. You will lead teams comfortably, whilst remaining calm under pressure and driving high level output across all areas of your role.
