Associate Civil Engineer

I am currently recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy.
They are looking for an Associate to lead the infrastructure and highways team.
You will essentially be the number 2 to the office lead and help them with the growth and management of the team.

You will be managing a team of 2 and will help the Civils lead with developing new business.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design aspects of civil engineering projects with confidence and precision.
Development and implementation of solutions; tailored to the bespoke requirements of the client / project.
Assist in the Business Development and Work Winning for multi-disciplined projects.
Core Capabilities:
Highways Geometric Design - DMRB Infrastructure and Public Realm Drainage and SuDs Earthworks Utilities Diversions Planning Approvals Technical Approvals What You Will Need:
Minimum of 7 years' experience in civil engineering Proven ability to deliver design based solutions.
Versatility to manage a variety of project types.
Strong interpersonal and business development skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
