Associate Account Manager - The Americas
Reports to – VP of sales for The Americas
ICONIC London is a fast-growing colour cosmetics brand celebrating its 10 th anniversary in 2025.
Born online and via social media (1.6million IG followers, 300k Tik Tok followers), the brand is in demand and as well as its DTC presence is also partnered with several world class retailers including Sephora, H Beauty, Boots, Cult Beauty, Look Fantastic and is expanding globally.

This role is key to the day to day running of our growing retail and distribution businesses in the Americas.
This UK based role is 10am to 6.30pm daily to allow communication in "real time" with our USA East-Coast based sales function.
We are looking for someone who is a fluent Spanish speaker, extremely organised and has excellent communication skills.
Motivated and enthusiastic you will be responsible for cultivating strong partnerships with our South America distributors and US retailer partners as well as identifying new commercial opportunities and have proven negotiation skills.
You will have the know-how and experience to bring ICONIC London to life within digital and selected physical retail stores.
You will be comfortable working in a smaller brand environment and love the fast pace, autonomy and entrepreneurial thinking that this brings.
Relationship management
Build strong relationships with distributor and retailer partners across teams including commercial, marketing, digital, social, supply and merchandising/space.
Work with those partners to create business plans that will deliver against mutual growth targets.
Ensure regular updates with partners and an on-going understanding of business performance.
Lead successful negotiations on terms, pricing, marketing exposure, space and location.
Driving performance
Responsible for building budgets and meeting sales targets Create forecasts for new and existing business/products to support our demand planning and operations colleagues in ensuring this is built into the stock plan.
Business Analysis and Reporting
Create reports that share business performance – sales out and retail sales.
Analyse numbers and create plans to drive performance.
Trade Marketing
Support partners in bringing ICONIC London to life effectively both online and in selected stores.
Create compelling product presentations digitally and physically.
Training and Visual Merchandising
Support partners with Visual Merchandising guidelines Coordinate trainings and prepare presentations for such events with our partners Cross functional working
Build strong relationships within the internal team across digital, marketing, NPD and operations.
Ensure communication with the wider team so that there is a clear understanding of future plans and support required.
Always consider impact on the wider team from any planned activity and have the necessary discussions ahead of time to as to set up for success.
Essential skills
Fluent Spanish speaker Beauty industry experience ideally including Colour Cosmetics Proven track record of delivering vs targets Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish Ability to negotiate Strong commercial acumen Ability to understand and analyse financials Ability to work quickly, efficiently and effectively Manage multiple priorities Be a true team player Hands on approach – you are a doer AND a thinker Expertise with Microsoft Office applications including; , Powerpoint, Word.
and advanced skills in Excel.
