Associate Manager Marketing WTR (Fixed Term - 1 year) Based in London, UK (Hybrid) Summary Responsibilities Supporting with the planning and execution of innovation, renovation and cost improvement projects in partnership with cross functional teams to enable delivery of ambitious growth plans.Monitoring brand and activation performance, profitability and budget. Analyzing business profitability and lead profitability improvement projects.Plan and execute trade press and other customer or consumer facing activities in partnership with internal stakeholders.Work closely with insights lead to analyze and understand insights from our Hershey in-market activities as well as competitive activities.Supporting with the plan and management of DME budget.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong collaboration and communication skills.Problem-solving mentality, intellectually curious, strong critical thinking skills.Entrepreneurial skills and style.Strong verbal and written communicator to a wide breadth of audiences including Senior Management.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives of varying complexities simultaneously.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Analytical skills and business acumen.Creative thinker.Experience and Education Bachelors Degree in Business (marketing or related major preferred).At least 4-5 years of marketing experience in FMCG or similarly disciplined industry.
