Job Title : Assistant Site Manager Location : Edinburgh A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join an award-winning company on their timber frame new build housing site .
As part of one of the largest home builders in Scotland they are proud to deliver high quality, energy efficient homes in key locations in Scotland across multiple tenures.With exciting new developments coming up, they are looking for someone who can progress and grow with the company.

Manage and liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
Identify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.
Required Skills: Experience of working within the construction industry.
Knowledge of construction/house-build processes and safety regulations.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances on site.
Be educated to SCQF level 6 or have relevant construction related skills and experience.
Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS card is desirable.
Hold a full UK driving license as flexibility to travel to sites/offices will be required.
