We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Reception Manager to join our dynamic team.
As an Assistant Reception Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house operations, ensuring the smooth flow of guest services, and contributing to the overall excellence of our dining experience.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the reception area, managing reservations and coordinating with the front-of-house team.
- Assist in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests from arrival to departure.
- Open Table and/or Seven Rooms experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, providing information about the restaurant and assisting with special requests.
- Work closely with the management team to organize and execute private events and functions.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.
- Support the Reception Manager in daily administrative tasks.
Requirements: - Previous experience in a receptionist or assistant manager role within the hospitality industry.
- Experience with either Open Table or Seven Rooms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest interactions with professionalism.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
