Who You Are An enthusiastic and qualified Occupational Therapist, ideally with band 5 experience.
Possess a compassionate approach towards adults with learning disabilities.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to reflect on ethical issues and respect cultural and religious diversity.
Demonstrate a commitment to equal opportunity practices and confidentiality regulations.
Holds or is able to obtain enhanced CRB clearance.
What the Job Involves Undertaking occupational therapy assessments to address occupational performance and skill deficits.
Collaborating with clients, relatives, and carers to identify and achieve OT goals.
Planning and implementing personalized intervention plans using graded activities.
Monitoring and evaluating treatments for effectiveness and compliance with OT goals.
Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to provide coordinated care.
Managing documentation according to professional and Trust standards.
Engaging in professional development and maintaining a CPD portfolio.
Participating in clinical governance, quality assurance, and service development initiatives.
Contributing to training and supervision of staff and students.
