Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will support the home manager and Deputy Manager in the running of the home and work in a direct care capacity on a day-to-day basis.
Ensuring the home is operating to a high standard, including maintaining adequate staffing and implementation of staff training.
