Assistant Headteacher

About the Role As an Assistant Headteacher at Reddish Hall School, you will support our Headteacher in school management, delivering high-quality education to students with varying and complex needs in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) environment.
About the School Reddish Hall School is an independent specialist day school catering for boys and girls aged 5-18, with a focus on social-emotional and mental health difficulties.
Our dedicated team works together to ensure successful outcomes for students who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life.
Responsibilities School Management: Support the Headteacher in managing the school, establishing school aims and objectives, and ensuring high levels of quality and compliance.
Pupil Care: Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and support for students with complex needs.
Leadership: Establish a strong safeguarding culture, where students are listened to, respected, and empowered to reach their potential.
Requirements Educated to degree level or equivalent with Qualified Teacher Status.
Experience working in an SEN environment.
Ability to lead a team and motivate others to achieve high standards.
