Key Duties and Responsibilities Support the FOManager.
People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
Occasionally cover Duty Manager shifts.
Target setting and supporting the team to achieving targets.
Requirements: Experience in a management or supervisory role in a Front Officeor other hotel operations team.
Proven leadership skills.
High standards and attention to detail.
A focus on our customers, making sure that they are catered for, in the best possibly way.
