Assistant Customer Service Manager / London / Full time / permanent My client, a leader in the luxury office space, are looking for an Assistant Customer Service Manager to join them in their London office.
Within this position you will have the responsibility of ensuring first class customer service is always given, whilst also being able to thrive in a busy and ever-changing environment.
As an Assistant Customer Service Manager, you should be able to communicate well, be a great relationship builder and confident in managing a small team.
Role and Responsibilities: Deliver customer service in a "front of house" capacity, alongside taking calls from the switchboard and ensuring they are logged Ensure that customer and visitor relationships are built and maintained Communicate in writing and verbally with customers, suppliers, colleagues and visitors in a clear and concise manner to ensure agreed service levels are met Ensure that all areas in the building are kept well stocked and maintained, ensuring meeting rooms and common areas are fit for purpose Be confident when showing new customers/ visitors the office Make sure that high levels of customer service are always provided and have a strong "can do" attitude Assist the centre manager with various duties including stock levels and training Build relationships with clients and ensure they are satisfied with their office space Manage a small team and work with the Customer Service Manager to support them Essential Skills: 2-3 years in a similar client facing and customer service-based role, ideally in serviced office or similar Strong communication skills both written and verbal Able to build strong and positive relationships Great telephone manner Be positive and approachable Strong Microsoft package skills Package: Salary of up to £35,000 25 days holiday The opportunity to work with an ever-growing business, with many different career opportunities Employee discounts including free eye tests Birthday off and Wellbeing days Assistant Customer Service Manager / London / Full time / permanent
