Clay Hill School are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join our Education team on a bank basis.
We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Teaching Assistants, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages.
The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting a small group of children with their work, and supporting with pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.
Clay Hill School is an independent specialist day school for young people with autistic spectrum conditions (ASC) and associated complex needs.
We provide education for young people aged 5 to 19 years.
Clay Hill School provides a wholly integrated and highly effective provision providing small group education, individualised therapy, and a carefully and creatively constructed curriculum which develops a love of learning and gives our young people the best possible outcomes.
A calm, purposeful and caring environment is provided, which combined with high staff to pupil ratios, ensures that every pupil at Clay Hill School has the opportunity to develop their ability, share new experiences and reach their full potential in a secure and safe environment.
