Contract Type: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated criminology graduate to join a dedicated team in Kempston as an Aspiring Youth Offending Officer.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in working with young offenders, building rapport with vulnerable individuals, and supporting them in overcoming the challenges they face.
What You'll Be Doing: Working with young adults who display challenging behaviors, helping them navigate their difficulties and prevent reoffending.
Supporting the development and implementation of tailored intervention plans, aiming to reduce risky behaviors and promote positive outcomes.
Engaging with youth offenders on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, building trust and guiding them through rehabilitation programs.
