Sure Maintenance, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across North West England, Midlands, Yorkshire, and the South West.
We are 450 people strong and support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services.
We are a long-established, successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.

Role Repair and maintain renewable heating systems in residential and commercial buildings Perform routine maintenance on heating systems to ensure optimal performance Diagnose and troubleshoot heating system issues Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns The successful candidate will have Proven experience as an ASHP Renewable Heating Engineer or similar role, looking to upskill.
(Training can be provided).
Mechanical knowledge of heating systems and components Ability to assemble, install, and repair heating systems Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Knowledge of plumbing principles for connecting heating system components Valid driver's license What Sure Maintenance can offer you Additional earnings via OOH Overtime opportunities Salary exchange pension Employee assistance programme 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, rising by one day with each full year of service (max five additional) Enhanced family leave (dependent on length of service) Sureserve is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
