Area Sales Manager (Field Based) Our client a leading trailer manufacturer are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to cover the central belt of England.
The Role| • Drive sales in the assigned region (Central Belt of England), focusing on achieving and exceeding revenue objectives.
• Implement a multi-channel sales strategy to engage both new and existing accounts.
• Manage and track all sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring efficient sales processes and clear pipeline management.
• Lead all stages of the sales cycle, including proposals, bidding, and negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services.
• Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
Qualifications / Experience Required| • Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience in commercial vehicles, construction equipment, material handling solutions, or a similar field.
• Strong strategic sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficient in managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
• Experience with CRM systems for sales tracking and account management.
• Team-oriented with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
