We are looking for a Receptionist who has previously worked with corporate firms, ideally in the Investment sector.We would be delighted to hear if you are available immediately and looking for long- or short-term temp bookings at the reception and front of the house.
Duties include:Meeting and greeting guests, making them feel welcome.
Ensuring guests receive exceptional service throughout their visit and efficiently handling any requests.
Handling external and internal calls and taking messages.Scheduling meetings/room bookings.AV and technical management of meeting rooms to ensure smooth running of all sessions.
Working closely with the team to ensure efficient communication and guest service, creating a consistently excellent impact.
Managing deliveries and couriers.Collecting post from reception and distributing to Management Team.Ensuring a smart and tidy reception area.Keep the kitchen clean and tidy, load/unload dishwasher, keeping the drinks fridge and biscuit jar full!Keep main reception informed of any guests visiting.Fruit and Milk delivery.Due to the large volume of applications we receive, we are unfortunately unable to respond to everyone.
