Join our IT Team in the UK as an Application Support Specialist!
You will plan, conduct, and coordinate business support activities in areas such as finance, human resources, sales, and Go-To-Market systems. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive business application support, including application integrations, conducting and preparing feasibility studies for potential system enhancements and revisions. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for audit submissions, interacting with internal and external audit teams.
What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities):Provide technical support to end users for a variety of business applications (e.g., Salesforce, Zip, NetSuite, Equity Edge, etc.).Act as point of contact for audits, including receiving requests for documentation, collecting from team members, and submitting to auditors (SOX, SOC2).Support system integration efforts and drive continuous improvement of current applications.Perform software updates and patching for active applications.Manage application system users for new hires, terminations, and role transitions.Lead application recovery efforts in the event of system failures.Perform user onboarding and offboarding processes.Support vendor management related to business applications.Ensure security vetting for business applications, i.e., PenTest, SOC compliance, and security documentation.What You Need (Skills and Qualifications):MS365 advanced level or Networking level accreditation.Any Business APP accreditation (e.g., Netsuite admin, Salesforce Admin).Relevant Networking or IT Admin Support Experience in a big company, preferably in the IT / Fintech industry.Knowledge of how to support audits from an IT perspective, including receiving requests for documentation, collection from team members, and submission to auditors (SOX, SOC2).Proficiency in Excel.Excellent communication skills, capable of instructing all stakeholders and addressing user questions about software functionality.Attention to detail to ensure seamless application functionality.Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during the implementation processes.Proficient record-keeping skills for system documentation.It would be nice to have Networking expertise and knowledge of firewalls and network security.What We Provide (Benefits):Ability to work from home, with some flexibility to come to our office in London once a week or less.A culturally diverse work environment, with a great atmosphere.Holiday: 25 days + 8 Bank Holidays.Wellness: Private Healthcare.Learning & Development: In-company training and LinkedIn Learning license.£30,000 - £40,000 a year
