Job summary Are you looking a Prescriber looking for an exciting new opportunity?The Potteries are looking for an ANP/ACP for hours per week.
Main duties of the job Key duties will include:Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

Job description Job responsibilities What we can offer you as an ANP/ACP: Annual Salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
1 weeks paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year as well as in house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.

Person Specification Experience Desirable Experience in a Primary Care setting.
NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber.
Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
