Head of Data and Analytics Salary-up to £120k plus benefits Our client is an international company that requires the next generation data leader for their sprawling IT estate.
They need an all-round Head of data and Analytics who can lead, shape, and solutions for a predominantly Microsoft estate and need to achieve the following: - # Financial reconciliation # Lead teams of BI developers and reporting staff to improve processes throughout the organization, especially in Europe # Fix data bricks implementation # Fix Power BI automation processes # Get all data sources identified # Understands the key principles of Data Warehouse design including Star Schema, F&D design, Dimension and Fact loading patterns, SCD and CDC concepts # Experience with the use of MS DevOps for Scrum management and with Repos and use of CI / CD Pipelines between Azure and DevOps # Proven track record in developing data pipelines, data warehouses, data Lakehouse, and similar data repositories for BI, Reporting, and Analytics use # Experience with the use of Neo4j is advantageous but not mandatory- AI, Introduce AI as a service, incorporate the power of knowledge graph technology (Neo4j, etc).
