Service Desk Analyst - It

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Redbridge to assist with the appointment of a Service Desk Analyst - IT , on a 1.5-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion.

Rate of Pay: £18.94 - £23.94 per Hour Responsibilities: Ensuring effective IT services are delivered to all council users, internal and external.
The role holder will prioritise workload to ensure that the overall objectives of the service are achieved before those of any individual.
A large part of the role is desk-based with shared responsibility for providing continuous cover for the service.
Part of the role will involve working with customers on the telephone and face-to-face with walk-in queries, resolving tickets on Service Now within the agreed SLA's, building and profiling laptops, and setting up new mobiles.
