The role: Manage and deliver overarching Amazon strategy, identifying areas for growth and key new market trends.
Track, report and analyse performance, conversion and traffic in the Amazon platform Deliver actionable insight to improve channel performance Use data to forecast demand and seasonality Manage Keywords effectively – keyword research, refining matches, managing organic product listings and A content etc to improve campaign performance Manage and deliver effective pricing and promotional activity Ensure the customer is at the heart of all Amazon / Marketplaces activity and that customer service and standards are best in class Optimise online reviews – including but not limited to Google and Trustpilot.
