We are expanding our nurse-led complex care team and looking for Support Workers for daytime and overnight role in Rhyl.
Day Shifts: Included in Domiciliary runs
Night Shifts: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (waking nights).
Key Responsibilities: Regular checks and night-time assistance.
Maintaining thorough records and collaborating with the care team.
Upholding high standards of professionalism, empathy, and dignity in every interaction.
Communicating effectively with the care team and office.
Personal care including showering, toileting and changing pads Requirements: Flexible availability for shifts.
Compassionate, resilient, and professional demeanour.
Driving licence and own vehicle.
Client care is essential, so reliability is a must.
