Psychotherapist - Cyp Trauma

Shire Healthcare are partnering with a specialist CYP care provider for complex needs, looking for a Psychotherapist to work in North Wales .

Role snapshot: The successful candidate will join an Integrated Therapies Team who work with children and young people (ages 10-18) providing assessments ( psychometric and risk) and psychological interventions (including DBT) on both a 1-2-1 and group basis.

This is a newly established service who support service users with a number of complex interpersonal, behavioural and emotional issues including those who have experienced significant trauma .

Contract type – permanent
Hours – 3-5 days per week
Salary - £40,000 - £44,000 FTE
Experience required: Psychotherapists applying will have accreditation with the BACP, UKCP or BABCP and will have previous experience working with children and young people presenting with complex needs, specifically trauma .

Due to the nature of the role, a car owner/driver is required.
