Responsibilities Assist the VP in managing daily operational tasks and strategic projects.
Support lead generation activities and the development of sales materials.
Help coordinate and optimize our sales pipelines according to the specific operational style and needs of the business.
Engage in market research to support new and ongoing initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Organize and manage calendars, correspondence, and meetings to ensure efficient workflow.
Actively participate with agencies through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to foster a positive relationship.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Requirements Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (achieved 2:1 or above) Native English speaker Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive mindset.
Interested in sales and effective in navigating all facets of the sales process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite, and adept at quickly adapting to new software and systems.
Legally authorized to work in the UK.
