Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional non-surgical treatments, including Lasers, Botox, and dermal fillers.
Conduct skin analysis and provide expert advice.
Lead and manage a team of therapists.
Drive patient retention and meet sales targets.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and conduct audits.
Qualifications: NMC registered Expertise in Laser and injectable treatments.
Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.
