Adult Team Leader

Job Description: Bespoke Assessment and Intervention Plans Specialist
• Deliver complex assessment and intervention plans for students with autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Coordinate the line management of the onsite clinical team.
• Hold a therapy caseload with full support from a well-established clinical network.
The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or be registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are also required.

Salary: £40,000
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
