Job summary Are you an experienced Administrator who is friendly, enthusiastic, forward thinking and works well within a team?
Marston Forest Healthcare in Bedfordshire are looking for a highly motivated Administrator to join our team.To provide non-clinical and clinical admin support to the Administration and Practice Management Teams, Doctors and Health Professionals, which includes reception duties and admin duties.
Candidates will have the initiative and take responsibility for daily decision making; have an innovative approach to problem solving and developing services; ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to meet service demands.
In addition the post-holder will be required to prepare and attend meetings as required, and work flexibly to meet departmental and service needs.
Main duties of the job As an Administrator you will have the ability to work within a team, have strong communication skills by phone and face to face, be flexible, positive and calm under pressure.

We are seeking a part time candidate to work 8am-6pm Monday and Friday each week.
Expectations can be discussed in depth at the interview.
The ideal candidate will have clear and effective communication and organisation skills, which will come naturally to them whilst supporting colleagues in the delivery of an outstanding patient experience.
Having evidence of delivering a high level of customer care to patients will be vital in supporting the business in achieving its objectives.
Person Specification Qualifications Essential GCSE English, Maths Grade C or above Desirable Ability to use Systm1 software Experience in working in Primary Care/NHS Ability to use Microsoft Office, Word/Excel
