TeamJobs are looking for a Receptionist to join a well-known solicitors based in Poole, to oversee all office duties, and support the team.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, think analytically and thrive within a fast-paced environment.
Previous legal experience is essential.
Full time - Permanent Poole - Dorset Monday - Friday Up to £24,000 DOE Free onsite parking Responsibilities Promptly respond to phone calls and inquiries, providing professional and helpful assistance to clients and stakeholders.
Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and important deadlines ensuring to upkeep an organised workload.
Oversee the collection, delivery, and scanning of incoming and outgoing mail to streamline communication and document management processes.
Maintain and update case management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records to facilitate smooth case progression and client service.
Draft letters and documents with attention to detail and accuracy, reflecting the professionalism and standards of the firm.
Uphold trusting relationships between colleagues, clients, and customers to facilitate collaboration, and enhance the firm's reputation.
Ensure timely and clear communication with clients regarding case progress, updates, and costs to maintain transparency and client satisfaction.
Proficiently use software applications such as Osprey, Word, and Excel, and managing these effectively.
Actively promote the services and image of the firm, representing its values and strengths to attract clients and enhance its reputation within the community.
INDCP What we require from you Previous legal administrative/receptionist experience.
Proficient using various systems including Microsoft office, with accuracy.
Be organised and have great attention to detail.
Experience managing your own workload within a fast-paced environment, always prioritising tasks at hand.
