Key elements of y our role as Reception Manager : Ensure all our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of the restaurant and be seated at their table Efficiently manage the bookings, to allocate tables equally over all sections of the Restaurant and to stagger times of bookings.
To manage, train and lead the reception team Provide up to date and accurate information on the Restaurant with a good knowledge of all food and drink offered, as well as specials.
