Building a sustainable tomorrow Bam Ritchies are looking for an organised, collaborative, and proactive Administrator.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Supporting managers and employees through various tasks and effectively communicating via phone and email, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
You will be based out of our Bam Ritchies Office in Godstone.

Your mission You will be responsible for the following: Greet and assist visitors to the office Answer and direct phone calls Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance Filing and archiving Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations Compiling reports Managing diaries for team members Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues.
Travel arrangements, booking flights, cars, hotel etc Order and maintain stationery and equipment supplies Coordinate office procedures Who are we looking for?
Excellent computer skills, Excel, Word.
Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
Proven administration experience will be beneficial.
