Role Summary This is an exciting chance to join our friendly and fast-paced office environment, where you will be the primary point of contact for tenants, tradespeople, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
You will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities Offer accurate and timely administration support to the property management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Communicate effectively with tradespeople, solicitors, and other stakeholders, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Organize your workload, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management abilities and organizational skills.
Good IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
Familiarity with HORIZON/QUBE or similar property management systems (desirable but not essential).
Desirable Skills and Experience We are looking for candidates with: Previous property experience or knowledge of the industry.
Proven customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
Working Hours and Terms This is a full-time position, working 9:15am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, in our vibrant and dynamic office environment.
The role will initially be offered as a temporary assignment, with the potential to become permanent depending on performance and mutual agreement.
