Gaucho are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join our Covent Garden restaurant!
The ideal  Administrator  candidate will have an eye for detail and have administrative experience.
They will be organised and diligent, being able to assistant the Management team on HR, Financial and other general administrative duties.
Key responsibilities of the  Administrator • Cash up check & balances with recording and follow up of issues • Banking and correct collation of relevant material • Batching of all invoices for approval by Head Chef, Bar and Management and control on a monthly basis • Daily Sales Mix calculation and analysis provided on a weekly and monthly basis • To assist management team on Payroll • Audit and Management of staff files • H&S File and employee training records and adherence • To prepare the list of all maintenance issues within the restaurant on a daily base • Assist managers on the relationship with the contractors and the Maintenance manager of the company Requirements for Gaucho  Administrator • To be fully literate in Word/Excel and Outlook • Proficient in Aloha • Good financial skills Training and benefits • 50% off your bill at all Gaucho and M Restaurants • Industry Apprenticeship opportunities, cycle to work scheme and access to our employee discounts platform                                          • Career development and training
