Part time, 14 hours per week.
Working, 7 hours per day over 2 days per week.
This is a fixed term role for 6 months, which may be extended.
Flexibility is essential in this role.
A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins).
A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.
This will be implemented on a trial basis.

Please check the location before applying About the role This is a busy and varied role providing admin support on a range tasks, significantly contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the service.
You will support payroll administration, inputting timesheet information and liaise with the Payroll team to resolve queries.
Other duties will include: Providing data / generate reports within agreed timescales.
Greet visitors to the service, ensuring they are warmly welcomed/assisted during their visit.
Deal with enquires by phone and email.
Support with staff recruitment and induction.
Maintain customer plans and staff files, including sickness and absence records.
Handle incoming/outgoing post, process orders and handle invoices.
Supervision of an Admin Assistant (where required).
To be successful in this role you will have: A good standard of general education with good basic levels of numeracy, reading and writing in English.
Experience of working with admin systems and procedures.
A great telephone manner and excellent written communication skills.
Flexibility to work in accordance with the needs of the service.
