Main duties of the job Process clinical correspondence attaching to the patient record and accurately coding diagnoses, procedure and investigations as per the practice protocols.Pass appropriate issues to GP's and other members of the clinical teamTo manage the patient register for chronic conditions, inviting patients for follow up review.To provide administrative support to the Administration Manager and clinicians with regards to accurate data collection for clinical reporting and performance achievements (eg QOF, Enhanced Services and any other initiatives)In addition, the post holder will also support the multi-disciplinary team, providing administrative support as required, in line with the needs of the Practice About us Pound Hill Medical Group are a highly respected patient centric general practice which has a main and branch site, and a list size of c. 17300; placing strong values upon staff well-being and work-life balance.
