Temp Hr Administrator West Sussex

Macmillan Davies is urgently recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator West Sussex for a private medical company
This will be to start in early January 2025 until March 2025 (3 months) Location West Sussex 4 days a week on site, one day working from home This is paying up to £35,000 depending on experience or equivalent day rate Some of the areas you will be involved in include:
First point of contact for HR queries Helping to make sure that personnel files are compliant for CQC inspections Managing HR systems and relationships with providers Supporting the broader HR Team Providing advice and guidance as required Administering employment changes Updating and managing the HR database Skills & Attributes
Relevant experience in HR administration Experience of HR information systems, e-forms and workflow processes, or equivalent systems.
Experience of working in a busy environment and working towards deadlines High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work is essential.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
Good level of numeracy and literacy.
An understanding of HR practice, employment law and legislation Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
