Job summary We have an opportunity for a Ward Administrator to support our Inpatient Hub in Ancora House.
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our administration team.
You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.
The applicant will be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis and ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.
This is a varied role and can be demanding at times, whilst supporting the clinical ward team.
The applicant will be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.
The post is 32 hours per week.
12 month fixed term.
Main duties of the job Ancora House is a child and adolescent mental health service, consisting of two wards, Coral Ward and Indigo Ward, an Assessment and Outreach Team and an Eating Disorder Service.
The inpatient wards provide person centered acute care for young people aged 14-18.
The multidisciplinary team comprises of nursing, occupational therapy, psychology, family therapy and psychiatry.
The administrator will work on Indigo Ward, and be expected to work across all areas as and when required providing comprehensive administrationsupport for the Tier 4 Service.
