About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our clients team in Luton.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams, ensuring efficient operations.
Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate workflow and task management.
Manage documentation, data entry, and record-keeping with a strong focus on accuracy.
Handle inquiries from customers and vendors, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
Assist with order processing and inventory management, updating relevant systems as needed.
Utilise ERP and CRM software to maintain accurate data and generate reports.
Support additional projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a technical or supply chain environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships effectively.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus; training will be provided.
